If your house isn't on here, I apologize; I had to scrape the data from
        the city's website
and some of my searches timed out.

To get the full data set I scraped, you can go to
        the github repository
        and download it.

      Some caveats:

        -
This data is preliminary - assessments will change after appeals

        -
The spread of increases is much smaller than in 2021: on
          that map, 30% was the
bottom of the scale (which is the 5th percentile) and 172% the top end
          (95th percentile)

        -
I may have gotten some data wrong. Please
email me if you find any

        - Condos are not currently handled very well.

        -
The geocoding seems to be pretty good, but may be off in spots. The
data from the city didn't include geographic data, so I had to get it
from mapbox, and that process is not perfect.

Please be kind, I'm trying to provide something helpful. We all live
          here together
